Our client, a leader in the healthcare support industry, is seeking a REMOTE CSR HAWAII RESIDENTS ONLY to join their team. As a REMOTE CSR, you will be part of a dynamic team supporting healthcare providers in Hawaii. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: REMOTE CSR HAWAII RESIDENTS ONLY

Location: Remote (Hawaii Residents Only)

Pay Range: $19.38 per hour

What's the Job?

Support Hawaii healthcare providers in enrolling in the state’s Medicaid systems. Answer incoming calls and process applications as part of a dual-role position. Participate in comprehensive training and shadowing to ensure readiness for the role. Investigate and resolve complex issues that may arise during the application process. Maintain updated knowledge of program policies and procedures to provide accurate information.

What's Needed?

High school diploma or GED required. 1+ years of relevant professional experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. 6 months of call center experience required. Experience in healthcare application processing preferred. Ability to handle multiple forms of inbound and outbound contacts effectively.
