Job Description
Join our team as a phone agent, responsible for handling outbound prospective customer leads through our dialer system. Your primary role will be to screen prospective customers interested in speaking with a licensed agent to review an existing quote or provide a new quote. You will facilitate warm transfers to our licensed agents, while your transfer rate and the bind rate on transferred leads will be monitored to ensure quality.
ResponsibilitiesHandle outbound prospective customer leads using a dialer system.Screen prospective customers for interest in speaking to a licensed agent.Warm transfer interested customers to licensed agents.Monitor transfer and bind rates to ensure quality.Essential SkillsExcellent written and interpersonal communication skills.Time management proficiency.Customer service and/or sales phone experience.Satisfactory computer and typing skills.1-2 years of experience in a call center, either inbound or outbound.Additional Skills & QualificationsOutbound call center experience is a plus.Insurance experience is a plus.Must possess a PC with Windows 11, hardwired internet with a minimum upload speed of 100MBPS, mouse, keyboard, and headset.A second screen is strongly encouraged.High School Diploma.Positive attitude.Good communication skills.Willingness to help peers.Work Environment
This role is fully remote, requiring a suitable workspace free of distractions. Work hours are Monday to Friday, from 1:00 pm to 9:30 pm. Agents must ensure attendance and not miss more than 12 hours per month due to absences.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
