Kforce has a client in San Diego, CA that is in need of a Remote Collections/AR Coordinator - Home Infusion, with both Home Infusion and Front End Billing experience. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee the entire billing cycle for home infusion services, ensuring all claims are submitted accurately and promptly * Monitor and track the status of submitted claims to ensure timely reimbursement * Address and resolve any discrepancies or issues that arise during the billing process * Investigate and resolve complex reimbursement issues, including denied or underpaid claims * Work closely with insurance companies, patients, and healthcare providers to gather necessary documentation and information * Appeal denied claims and follow up until resolution is achieved * Keep up-to-date with changes in healthcare regulations and reimbursement policies * Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and guidelines to avoid penalties and ensure smooth operations * Implement necessary changes to billing and reimbursement processes in response to regulatory updates * Analyze reimbursement data to identify trends and areas for improvement * Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and reduce claim denials * Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to reimbursement and report findings to management * Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve service and sales goals * Participate in meetings and projects aimed at improving overall service delivery and customer satisfaction * Provide insights and recommendations based on reimbursement data to support decision-making and strategic planning
