Work EnvironmentThis is a 100% remote position, with CMAs located anywhere throughout the U.S., operating on Eastern Time Zone. Candidates must have a private enclosed office space in their home to ensure HIPAA privacy standards, free from loud distractions or interruptions. Candidates cannot work outside of their home, such as in a coffee shop or library. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with no weekends and no holidays. Shifts are from 8am EST to 4:30pm EST or 12pm EST to 8pm EST.Qualifications: Active Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification (accepted from AAMA, AMT, NHA, or NCCT).Minimum of 3 years of experience as a CMA.Strong customer service skills with effective and empathetic communication.Proficiency in telehealth platforms and EHR systems.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Tech-savvy with independent computer skills.

Job Description

We are seeking dedicated and patient-oriented Certified Medical Assistants to join a Telehealth program project. This fully remote position will have you play a crucial role in assisting patients by offering support and guidance on the use of their kits provided to them. You will handle inbound calls, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure accurate collection of patients' vitals in a high-volume, remote environment where empathy, efficiency, and accuracy are essential.

ResponsibilitiesAssist patients with telehealth kit usage.Handle inbound calls and provide exceptional customer service.Collect and accurately record patients' vitals.Operate telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems.Maintain HIPAA privacy standards in a remote work setting.
Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
