Prior call center or customer service experience is required.Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, HubSpot) is a plus.Familiarity with remote work tools (Slack, Zoom, ticketing systems).Reliable high-speed internet connectionQuiet, dedicated workspace Computer or laptop with updated operating systemUSB headset with microphone (noise-canceling preferred)Backup power or internet solutions are a plusTyping speed and accuracy (e.g., 40+ WPM)Applicant may be subject to a background check*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
