Adecco is hiring immediately for Remote Call Center Representatives with our client. As a Call Center Representative, you will handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls, follow scripts verbatim, and navigate multiple systems while entering data accurately. The role involves resolving customer issues efficiently, using Microsoft Teams for communication, and adhering to assigned schedules. It requires strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work independently in a remote, seated environment.

**Requirements:**
+ Must reside in one of the following states: AZ, DC, FL, IL, KS, MO, NY, NC, OH, OR, TN, MD, NJ, SC, VA, WA
+ High School Diploma or GED
+ At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced, high-volume call center
+ Must communicate effectively in English, with strong verbal and written abilities
+ Ability to read a script verbatim and navigate multiple systems simultaneously during calls
+ Proficient in Microsoft Teams
+ Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and active listening skills, with exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities
+ Reliable and punctual with strict adherence to assigned schedules; Flexible availability to support shifts between 9 AM – 9 PM (local time)
+ Comfortable working remotely while seated for extended periods
+ **Use of Personal Equipment:** Employees must provide and use their personal devices to fulfill job responsibilities
+ Must provide a recent PC speed test and hardware specifications (to be submitted with resume)
**Use of Personal Equipment Requirements:**
**Internet Connection:**
+ High-speed internet (No Wi-Fi or mobile hotspots)
+ Cat5E Ethernet cable connection
+ Minimum download speed: 20 Mbps
+ Minimum upload speed: 5 Mbps
+ Jitter must be below 10
**Hardware Requirements:**
+ Windows 10 or higher
+ Processor: Intel i5, AMD Ryzen 5, or better
+ Minimum RAM: 8 GB
+ Hard Drive: Minimum 237 GB storage
+ Dual monitors, keyboard/mouse, headset, and a functioning laptop or desktop

+ Must provide recent speed test results and PC specifications

**Pay Details:** $18.00 per hour
