Must Haves: -Background as a Business Systems Analyst (4+ years preferrable). -Salesforce expertise: -Deep expertise with Salesforce and Sales Cloud. Experience with Salesforce data migration strategies. -Understanding of Salesforce workflow, automation, and integration points within external systems. -ATS (Applicant Tracking System) implementation / migration experience. -Bullhorn for Salesforce or Recruitment Cloud experience. -Experience working for a staffing company or related (where they utilize provider sourcing, credentialing, recruitment, and job fulfillment). -Strong communication, organization skills, and self-starter/proactive personality. -SME in BA responsibilities: -Ability to gather requirements, perform gap analysis, and help transform business processes.
