Business Development Representative (Remote)

Location: Remote (U.S.-based)

About the Role:

We’re looking for a bubbly Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing team! If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love connecting with people, and have a passion for sales and customer service, this could be the perfect fit.

As a BDR, you’ll be responsible for making approximately60 outbound calls per day, engaging potential customers, and documenting interactions in HubSpot CRM. Your goal is to spark interest, qualify leads, and set the stage for successful sales conversations.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct 60 outbound calls daily to prospective clientsEngage leads with enthusiasm and professionalismDocument all interactions and outcomes in HubSpot CRMCollaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategiesProvide exceptional customer service and follow-upMaintain a positive, upbeat attitude that reflects our brand values

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in a sales, customer service, or BDR roleFamiliarity with HubSpot or similar CRM platformsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational and time management abilitiesA bubbly, engaging personality with a natural ability to connect with othersSelf-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $55000.00 - $60000.00/yr.
