Skills and Requirements BA/BS or equivalent experience and 8+ years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6+ years of prior relevant experience. Experience may be substituted in lieu of degree. Experience with the Microsoft Suite of Products; Power BI, Planner, Teams Channels, etc. Previous experience with IT Data Visualization, specifically around hybrid-cloud operations and projects Previous experience in Technical Writing: creation of SOPs, documentation, communication Strong communication and collaboration skills, dealing with complex architectures, customers, and competing priorities. Ability to adapt and be productive in a dynamic environment. Agile-based knowledge and skill. Compensation: $50/hr to $58/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
