Job Description

Your Role:

As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll provide friendly and efficient assistance to airline passengers via phone and email:

Help with flight reservations, ticket changes, cancellationsProvide information about flight availability, pricing, and servicesResolve customer issues with patience, professionalism, and empathyWork with ticketing systems and internal toolsDeliver excellent customer service that makes a difference

Qualifications

What You Need:

German (B2 or higher) – written and spokenEnglish (B2 or higher) – written and spokenStrong communication and customer care skillsGood problem-solving abilities and attention to detailAbility to work from home with self-discipline and reliabilityFlexibility in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
