We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Remote Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our members and providers, handling inbound and outbound phone calls with professionalism and care. You will also support our team with a variety of administrative tasks to help keep operations running smoothly.

Answer and make phone calls to members and providers in a courteous and efficient mannerManage and respond to emails and other communicationsSchedule appointments and maintain calendarsOrganize and maintain digital files and recordsAssist with data entry, reporting, and other clerical dutiesProvide excellent customer service and resolve inquiries promptlyCollaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and task completion
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED(required)1+ year of administrative experience1+ year of customer service experienceStrong verbal and written communication skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google WorkspaceAbility to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectivelyComfortable working independently in a remote environmentFriendly, professional, and solution-oriented attitude
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
