Remarketing Support Assistant

We are looking for a Remarketing Support Assistant who can join us in carrying out core parts of the remarketing operating / sales model and multi-channel strategy from vehicle collection to vehicle sale.

This is a hybrid role with a requirement to be in the Bristol office a minimum of 3 days per week.

Key Purpose

• Support the Remarketing Team manage core parts of the remarketing operating / sales model and multi-channel strategy from vehicle collection to vehicle sale.

• Become a lead aftersales executive to manage all pre and post-sale customer queries in a swift and effective manner

• Actively support channel sale administration and processing to ensure vehicles are put on sale swiftly, whilst support post sale activity to ensure vehicles are purchased and collected to target levels.

Summary of Responsibilities

• Provide a responsive aftersales service to all Ayvens trade customers. Provide an empathic and supportive resolution service that manages / balances both Ayvens financial and customer satisfaction objectives.

• Support sale fulfilment for digital remarketing channels which could entail a range of activities from Ayvens Carmarket sale administration in planning a sale, right through to supporting the provision of ancillary services the customer has purchased (e.g. transport). When necessary, chase down customers to complete their purchase or collect their vehicles.

• In collaboration with the Remarketing Operations team support team stock metrics with clear focal actions in reducing over age stock and reducing the days to vehicle sale.

• Provide a range of ideas and continuous improvements to enhance both business efficiency and better customer outcomes through the Ayvens Carmarket / remarketing experience.

• Support remarketing onboarding new operational processes as new channels or customer partnerships are developed / introduced. Help drive customer service metrics through support new Ayvens Carmarket marketing initiatives (including the take up of a new loyalty scheme).

• Make sure good risk and compliance principles are followed at all times (including robust supervision controls are embedded).

• Act as a core member of the Remarketing team supporting each other as the Remarketing Transformation Programme implements positive change and business development.

Skills, Experience & Background 

• Some experience of working with customers and / or suppliers

• Good communication and relationship skills (written and verbal)

• Well organised and has an ability to work at pace against set timescales

• Good standard of IT literacy in primary (MS Office) applications

• A restless curiosity to recommend continuous improvements and help support change

• Experience of using data and or completing business reports (desirable, but not essential)

• An interest in vehicles (desirable, but not essential)

• An understanding of vehicle valuation processes and identifying market values (desirable)
