DESCRIPTION / MAIN RESPONSABILITIES
Improve Ayvens’ remarketing business process performance and spread the culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence across the group
As such, within the Remarketing Operational Excellence team, the business process analyst will be in charge of:
Improving remarketing processes:
Monitor key process performance indicatorsIdentify key remarketing business areas and processes that require improvementsAnalyse existing processes and pain pointsIdentify solutions and enhanced processes through a strong collaboration with local stakeholders and expertsMonitor the process performance evolution and the achievement of the expected benefitsDeveloping process standardization
Design more standardized processes and support countries in adopting the changeEncourage and facilitate the sharing of best practices between countries, around process performance, operational efficiency and customer satisfactionSupporting operational excellence and continuous improvement:
Act as a process efficiency expert to support central and local teams on methodology and best practicesDevelop and anchor locally the culture and practices of continuous improvement within the subsidiaries by using BPM and Lean Management methodologies and developing local managerial skillsContribute to create process reviews governance at group levelContribute to identify and minimize operational risks on remarketing activitySupporting business and digital transformation:
Collaborate on digital projects to facilitate the adoption of digital transformationSupport central and local projects related to organisational transformationDifferent contacts:
Product Owners and BPM/biz dev teamRemarketing Managers & General Managers in countriesInternational customersExternal providersMAIN SKILLS (HARD AND SOFT)
Deep knowledge of process optimisation and/or lean management methodologiesCollective intelligence workshops facilitationSense of relationshipKPI-oriented and analytical mindQUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
Experience in Project management (process improvement)Experience in entities is a real plusExperience with international coordination, either within an international group between HQ and subsidiaries or within a network of playersBusiness School, Master’s DegreeEnglish ++LOCATION
