Location: Diageo Marshalls Rd and Diageo Mallusk, East Belfast/North Belfast
Working Hours: 36 hours per week (various shifts covering days, nights and weekends)
Hourly Rate: £13.15

Job Introduction
Are you a dependable and vigilant individual with an active SIA Licence? We’re looking for a Security Officer to join our team at Diageo Marshalls Rd and Diageo Mallusk. In this newly created role, you’ll play a vital part in maintaining a safe and secure environment across two high-profile sites in Belfast. With a range of shifts available, this is a great opportunity for someone looking for variety and responsibility in a trusted position.
Main Responsibilities
Delivering consistent and professional gatehouse duties
Monitoring access and egress at both sites
Conducting routine site patrols and inspections
Responding swiftly and appropriately to any incidents
Ensuring full compliance with health and safety protocols
Maintaining accurate logs and incident reports
The Ideal Candidate
Holds a valid SIA Licence (essential)
Has own transport to commute between sites (desirable)
Demonstrates strong communication and observational skills
Remains calm and professional under pressure
Flexible and able to work various shift patterns
