Operation and adjustment of various packaging and product loading equipment including conveyors, elevators, presses/compactors, baggers, palletizers, hi-lo forkliftsPerform quality control duties for various filled salt containers including bags and big bags. This could include taking salt samples, running tests, weighing product and recording results accordinglyCollect product samples and utilize computer systems to input and record data as necessaryPerform basic preventative maintenance tasks on the packaging and product loading/transfer equipment as neededSafely operate motorized vehicles used to move or lift products, equipment, or materials within and around plantPerform general cleanup of the work area including sweeping, shoveling, and lifting various salt product packages as neededUnderstand and adhere to all safety rules and regulationsMaintain a safe and clean work environmentRequired Qualifications:
