Job Description:
Reliability manager in charge of a dynamic high-performance team, responsible for ensuring that the plant's equipment, systems, and facilities are available when needed; operating optimally, safely, and with minimal impact on the environment. Additionally, detect improvement opportunities, propose and justify solutions, and execute them.
What are we looking for?Mechanical, Electrical/Industrial Engineering or related fields with extensive experience in maintenance of service areas.
Intermediate-high English Knowledge
Maintenance strategies (people)
TPM
Equipment maintenance, handling and control of steam, electricity, control, compressed air, etc. Experience
Corrective / Preventive / Predictive maintenance.
4 years of experience in maintenance areas as a leader.
Knowledge in Plant Maintenance (SAP module PM), including the ability to generate reports and manage information.
Knowledge in Excel and/or Power BI tools.
What will be your key responsibilities?
Ensure the implementation of the site's asset reliability strategy.
Participate and reinforce the escalation and decision-making system (FMOS).
Be a coach to your direct reports and other departments in executing the plant's operating system (MSE - TPM like).
Recommend and implement changes in methods, equipment, systems, and organization as needed, with the aim of ensuring that objectives are met. Deliver results through influence and cooperation with other departments.
Ensure the continuity of a safe, defect-free operation consistent with MARS principles. Adhere to QMP.
Work in coordination with Industrial Engineering to keep the performance indicators of the maintenance area up to date.
