As a Reliability Engineer, you Responsible for supporting development and implementation of a site reliability maintenance strategy, assessing short term reliability needs i.e. identify critical equipment and spare parts, predictive and preventive strategies, support maintenance planning and execution for the ingredients facility.

You bring
Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline preferred.Minimum 5 years of engineering/maintenance experience in a manufacturing plantenvironment, preferably with continuous operating equipment and rotating components.
Preferred - Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP/CMRT), Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE)Experience with reliability-based maintenance technologies (vibration analysis, IR thermography, oil analysis, NDT, PM).Proven track record of Continuous Improvement projects.Ability to provide technical assistance for equipment operating problems.Experience with reliability-based maintenance of rotating components and process equipment.Ability to read and interpret process, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation drawings.Knowledge of OSHA PSM ITPM component, RCA procedures, and RCM.To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of SAP PM, and MS Office as Word, Excel, MS Project software.
The salary provided reflects the pay range dsm-firmenich expects to pay the successful candidate for the position. Individual pay offered will be based on the applicant’s job-related skills, experience, relevant education, or training, and primary work location. Annual Salary: $135K-$145K
