As a Reliability Engineer, you Responsible for supporting development and implementation of a site reliability maintenance strategy, assessing short term reliability needs i.e. identify critical equipment and spare parts, predictive and preventive strategies, support maintenance planning and execution for the ingredients facility.

Your Key Responsibilities

Support the development and execution of a comprehensive plant reliability strategy.Improve equipment availability and reliability through RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM).Implement condition-based maintenance technologies, including vibration and oil analysis, IR thermography, ultrasonic testing, and NDT.Define PM and PdM procedures and frequency, ensuring they are entered into CMMS and consistent with asset performance.Validate equipment performance, maintain training requirements, and provide periodic asset utilization accounting and KPI data.Work with Maintenance crew in daily activities, troubleshooting and supervising repairs on the plant.

You bring

Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline preferred.Minimum 5 years of engineering/maintenance experience in a manufacturing plant

environment, preferably with continuous operating equipment and rotating components.

Preferred - Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP/CMRT), Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE)Experience with reliability-based maintenance technologies (vibration analysis, IR thermography, oil analysis, NDT, PM).Proven track record of Continuous Improvement projects.Ability to provide technical assistance for equipment operating problems.Experience with reliability-based maintenance of rotating components and process equipment.Ability to read and interpret process, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation drawings.Knowledge of OSHA PSM ITPM component, RCA procedures, and RCM.To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of SAP PM, and MS Office as Word, Excel, MS Project software.

 

 

 

 

The salary provided reflects the pay range dsm-firmenich expects to pay the successful candidate for the position. Individual pay offered will be based on the applicant’s job-related skills, experience, relevant education, or training, and primary work location. Annual Salary: $135K-$145K
