As a Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying, leading, and executing activities that are aimed at reducing the costs of failure caused by non-productive time, repair costs, personnel, and premature product failures.

As a Reliability Engineer, you'll be responsible for:

Ensuring compliance with Manage the Job Cycle (MtJC) processParticipating in Incident Investigation, ensuring the end to end process is considered, (including job planning, preparation, and execution), when determining incident root cause(s) alongside appropriate corrective actionsFocusing on preventing failures during the lifecycle management of a product or service through active monitoring and corrective action planningParticipating in the engineering design review processExecuting the key steps outlined within the Field Incident Management Process (FIMP). Managing the FRACAS DMAIC stagesApplying root cause analysis (RCA) processesFacilitate or lead incident investigationsFacilitating or leading incident review and corrective action boardsAnalyzing performance data and monitor performanceDeveloping and reporting key performance indicators as neededSharing lessons learned with the field populationSupporting new product development in all aspects relevant to reliability engineering, through direct liaison with engineering and the deploying regionHandling other product line specifics, responsibilities and special projects as required

To be successful in this role you will:

Have a Bachelor’s degree in science, technology, engineering or mathematicsHave a minimum of 5 years of experience in ESP Reliability.Have strong interpersonal, influencing and planning skills.  Have excellent analytical skills. Have excellent written and verbal communication skills also, Project Management Skills. Be able to communicate in English effectively.
