Reliability Engineer
Job Description: Reliability Engineer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our fast-paced manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and safety of mechanical systems.

ResponsibilitiesPerform preventative and predictive maintenance on mechanical equipment, including mixers, conveyors, pumps, heat exchangers, and packaging systems.Troubleshoot and repair mechanical failures with minimal downtime, adhering to safety and quality standards.Collaborate with production and process engineering teams to support continuous improvement initiatives.Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation for all equipment.Assist in the installation and commissioning of new machinery and upgrades.Work closely with external vendors and contractors for specialized services, spare parts procurement, and equipment upgrades.Evaluate vendor performance to ensure cost-effective, timely, and quality maintenance solutions.Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety (EHS) regulations.Essential SkillsMechanical and pneumatic troubleshooting.Experience with Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and/or preventive maintenance.Ability to work with outside vendors.Hands-on experience in building schedules and BOMs for repairs.Experience with ERP/CMMS systems.Additional Skills & QualificationsDegree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.Experience with PLCs and electrical troubleshooting.Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $60.00/hr.
