We are seeking a skilled Reliability Engineer to enhance asset availability and optimize maintenance strategies across a large-scale operational system. The role focuses on analyzing reliability challenges, implementing best practices, and driving improvements in asset performance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Data Analysis & Performance Benchmarking
• Analyze historical downtime and failure data to identify trends and root causes.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) on critical assets.
• Benchmark asset performance against industry standards to identify areas for improvement.
2. Maintenance Strategy Optimization
• Assess and refine preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Implement Condition-Based Monitoring (CBM) techniques to enhance equipment reliability.
• Evaluate and improve Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to streamline maintenance workflows.
3. Spare Parts & Asset Renewal Strategy
• Develop a structured spare parts management philosophy to ensure critical component availability.
• Conduct lifecycle cost analysis to identify opportunities for asset replacement or upgrades.
4. Reliability Engineering Framework Development
• Define and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track reliability improvements.
• Apply Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) principles to enhance operational efficiency.
• Establish a governance structure for continuous reliability enhancement and best practice implementation.
Work Experience
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field10+ years of proven experience as Reliability Engineer
