Skills and Requirements Strong agile/scrum background, ideally with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) experience. Deep hands-on experience with ADO (Azure DevOps) this is a key requirement. Skilled at organizing and facilitating agile ceremonies and sprint cadences. Detail-oriented with strong documentation and follow-up capabilities.
