Release Train Engineer
Job Description Disclaimer: majority remote work, required on site support (expected travel over the time span of 1 week, per quarter) Act as the conductor of the train within the agile framework. Ensure features, epics, and user stories are created and maintained. Drive accountability by monitoring task progress and flagging delays or blockers. Manage the Azure DevOps (ADO) environment the central hub for all team work. Make sure all DMO and integration tasks are properly documented and updated in ADO. Skills and Requirements Strong agile/scrum background, ideally with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) experience. Deep hands-on experience with ADO (Azure DevOps) this is a key requirement. Skilled at organizing and facilitating agile ceremonies and sprint cadences. Detail-oriented with strong documentation and follow-up capabilities.
