Release Train Engineer

A client of Insight Global is seeking an accomplished Release Train Engineer with a robust background in scaled Agile methodologies at an enterprise level. The ideal candidate will seamlessly integrate into the team and make immediate impact. This role involves overseeing the success of 8 Agile teams, ensuring alignment and fostering effective collaboration across on-shore and off-shore teams. The candidate must be able to adeptly coordinate projects across multiple teams, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills. Effective communication with diverse stakeholders is essential, as is the ability to hold teams accountable and provide motivation as needed. Thought leadership for driving project success. They will be responsible for identify risk quickly so they can mitigate it efficiently. This hybrid position requires two days in office in Tampa, Florida. This person will be working along side of Product Manager and Program Manager to manage the day-to-day agile development process.
