Release Train Engineer

Insight Global is looking to hire a Release Train Engineer for a client of ours in the Kansas City area. As a Lean-Agile SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE), your day revolves around guiding and optimizing the Agile Release Train (ART). You plan and facilitate key ART events, ensuring seamless execution of Iterations and Program Increments (PIs). You collaborate closely with business owners, Product Managers, and System Architects to improve value delivery.
Daily responsibilities include facilitating planning and synchronization meetings, coaching teams in Lean-Agile practices, managing risks, and fostering collaboration. You help streamline workflows by supporting DevOps and Continuous Delivery Pipeline improvements. Additionally, you work on strategic direction, drive innovation, and present ideas effectively to large groups.
Essentially, you're the glue that holds everything togetherkeeping teams aligned, processes efficient, and value flowing. This is a 6 month contract to hire position.
