Functional Area:
Ayvens, a subsidiary of Société Générale Group specializing in automotive financial services, is the European leader in Operational Vehicle Leasing. Its range of services enables companies, both in France and abroad, to focus on their core business by entrusting the financing, management, and maintenance of their vehicle fleets.
The Holding is responsible to support the development of the group in 42 countries. It brings a business support and sometime a technical support by coordinating the subsidiaries and by creating synergies.
The Remarketing department is in charge to deploy and maintain an ecosystem around e-commerce platforms to ease the used car recycling. To do that, the department maintain notably:
an e-commerce website dedicated to B2B and its mobile applicationsome e-commerce websites dedicated to B2Ca SalesForce-based CRM with strong links to the B2B platform for customer managementa SalesForce-based CRM to manage customers and to resell used vehicles to B2C customerssome Back-Office tools to industrialize vehicle resale processesDescription
Organized in Squad (or feature team) the Remarketing department is well advance to apply agile methodologies such like Scrum and has adapted its organization at scale by being inspired by Safe.
Your role, as release train engineer will be to support the Squads by ensuring the respect of the process and the methodology in each squad thanks to your management role on the Scrum Masters. You will be also responsible to ease the full delivery process from the framing of the Epic till the development and the delivery on production.
You will work in an international context managing scrum masters based in different areas (collocated with their team) indirectly managing a team around 40 people including developers. You will report to Benjamin in charge of the delivery and you will work in close collaboration with all the streams from the department (architecture, devops, product team, management etc…)
In details, you will notably:
Participate to the framing at the EPIC / Feature levelmonitor the roadmap, the progress and adjust or ease the process to identify and remove impedimentsMonitor the delivery for each squadFacilitate some ceremonies if requiredEnsure the right framing for each feature with an iterative approachValidate the slicing in Feature / User storyTroubleshooter, Support, Coach the teamTrack progress thanks to KPIManage Scrum mastersCoach the teams (PO, dev, archi, management…) to accompany the department in the transformation and spread an agile mindsetDefine and build the methodology at the department scaleWhy to join us:

With an engineering degree or equivalentYou have a good level of written and spoken English.Good communication skills, a sense of responsibility and analytical skills are required to support the team by acting as a troubleshooter or coach with a high adaptability.An innovative mindset is essential to propose any necessary changes to the team's organization as part of a continuous improvement process.Understanding and analyzing risks will be essential, particularly with regard to compliance with regulations, safety and production operations.A significative experience in team management and at least as Scrum Master is required.Certification about Scrum / Safe could be appreciated.Why Ayvens?
