The Exit Management Team Lead is responsible for leading the team covering the closing stages of a client lifecycle. With a team of client facing officers, the CLM Exit Management team lead will be in charge of :
- managing the stages bringing a client to an exit decision including dormant and recalcitrant accounts
- implementing all necessary strategies to reconnect contact with dormant account holders
- efficiently supervising and manage the exit process
- owning KPIs and KRIs for exit
This person will deliver consistent and practical end-to-end operational support to client facing team, providing first-class client experience to both internal (client facing) and external clients, ensuring compliance with internal and external guidelines and regulations for this key client stage.

What you will do:

Manage difficult conversations with clients
Achieve the objectives under the heading ‘Impact on the business key objectives’ while maintaining direct costs. FTEs and contractors within AOP.
Ability to manage a cohesive, focused and motivated team in the face of competing priorities.
Ability to develop individual staff members and identify career paths for those employees whom have ambitions to transition,
Establish and maintain excellent working relationships with major stakeholders.

In this role you will:

Ensure the team maintains the highest standard of excellence in client service by attending diligently to client enquiries and requests.Supervise the timely closing of a number of accounts in full compliance with internal Exit Principles and Global StandardsManage controls on transactions, awakening procedures, independent call backs and DPA/Tax remediation.Produce MIs on Bank exit accounts (incl. detailed analysis on FCC and Risk Appetite exits)Provide monthly updates on exit team ongoing actions to the RRCSC.Manage the EMT/FCC/Legal meeting to take quick actions to expedite closures.Ensure to report the dormant accounts to the SixSagEnsure supervision of quality control and quality assurance results along with associated remediations.Maintain a good level of closings and account remediations productivityIdentify system and process transformations needs when related to Exits and be the owner of the Closing processSupport Closing simplification initiative and participate to the global Closing simplification initiative
