Job DescriptionTo grow and retain a portfolio of high value Business Segment relationships by performing a proactive, mobile, value adding financial partnership role.
QualificationsBusiness of Commerce Degree or related.

5-7 years' experience in client facing role including sales, credit and relationship managementKey Responsibilities:
Develop a deep understanding of client's business through regular interaction with clients at their place of business as per segment value proposition guidelines.Develop and implement sales best practices in support of the Business Banking value proposition and client expectations.Formulate, drive, measure and manage the implementation of a sales performance strategy for the portfolio to grow new business and share of wallet across the portfolios managed.Leverage sales growth tactics and targets in collaboration with business partners in the area.Drive and ensures the implementation of all Sector and Specialised value propositions.Behavioural Competencies:
