About the role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Relationship Manager to join our Partner Sales team.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing large partner accounts, executing strategies set by Business Development Executives, and driving revenue growth through exceptional relationship-building and client management skills.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of sales experience, a proven track record of working with key stakeholders, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow relationships with assigned large partner accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for day-to-day operations.Execute account strategies and plans developed by Business Development Executives to meet or exceed sales targets.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products/services and address partner needs effectively.Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue potential.Monitor account performance, provide regular updates to senior leadership, and adjust tactics as needed to align with strategic goals.Resolve partner issues promptly and escalate complex challenges to the BD Executive when necessary.Maintain accurate records of interactions, sales activities, and pipeline progress in CRM tools.Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to support account growth.Enhance client satisfaction through proactive engagement and supportWhat you will need to be Successful:
3-5 years of experience in a sales or relationship management role, preferably managing large accounts or partners in a B2B2C model.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.Proven ability to execute pre-defined strategies and deliver measurable results.Experience working collaboratively with senior team members and cross-functional teams.Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).#LI-AS1
