In this role, you will work alongside physical therapists to provide essential support in patient care and rehabilitation services. + Apply hot and cold therapy treatments under therapist supervision + Maintain and sanitize therapy equipment and treatment areas + Guide patients through prescribed exercise routines (under direct supervision + Monitor patients during therapy sessions and report progress + Prepare treatment rooms and equipment for patient sessions + Assist patients with mobility and transfer activities **Qualifications** + Strong interpersonal and communication skills + High school diploma or equivalent is preferred + Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service + Physical stamina to assist patients and handle equipment + Proven organizational and time management abilities + Understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality + Team-oriented mindset with a positive, caring attitude + Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment **Additional Information** + 401k + Employee Assistance Program (EAP) + Get to interact with a great team and support staff, and so much more
