Join Our Growing Team in Polk City! We are currently seeking a full-time Rehab Tech CNA for dayshift (6am-6pm) in Polk City, Iowa. Join our mission-driven team by providing rehabilitative support to individuals with brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, or neurological conditions. Must have an active Iowa CNA certification and a passion for providing rehabilitative support. The rehab tech CNA position plays a vital role in our person-centered care team, providing hands-on, meaningful support.
