BayCare is currently in search of our newest Rehab Services Tech (Non-Certified) who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service to our community.  Mease Countryside Physical Therapy & Sports Rehabilitation offers a wide range of treatments for sports injuries such as sprains, strains, fractures, ACL tears, tendonitis and back pain. Our state-of-the-art facility is staffed by a team of athletic trainers and licensed physical therapists. We are also part of the Pinellas County Schools’ Athletic Training Program. The Mease Countryside Physical Therapy & Sports Rehabilitation is located on the Mease Countryside campus in Safety Harbor, Florida, on the second floor of the Morton Plant Mease Professional Center South.

Rehab Tech (Non-Certified) responsibilities:

Assists the rehabilitation team members in the treatment of patients and residents.Functions under the direct supervision of the Physical or Occupational Therapists, Licensed Physical Therapy Assistants or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants when assisting with patient/resident care.Transports patients/residents to and from the rehabilitation service areas. Carries out tasks related to the routine operation of the department.

Requirements:

High School or EquivalentBLS (Basic Life Support)Preferred 1 year Rehab and/or related field
