Lynchburg Health & Rehabilitation Centerin Lynchburg, Virginia is seeking a Rehab Aide for our Therapy Department. The Rehab Aide provides direct care to patients in support of patient rehabilitation to promote patient independence, wellness, and restoration of patient function.

The Rehab Aide assists patients in the completion of functional mobility tasks and activities of daily living (ADLs) in coordination with therapy and nursing departments. The Rehab Aide assists in the coordination and scheduling of rehabilitation activities, and transports patients as scheduled to and from the treatment areas. This individual assists with maintaining the cleanliness of the treatment areas and collaborates with center staff to promote the highest possible physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being for the patients.
