Start Date: Immediate Job Description: RESPONSIBILITIES: * Run and provide requested reports on or before the due date, utilizing appropriate reporting tools such as Business Objects, QlikView. * Perform the appropriate level of review and Quality Assurance on each report. * Deliver report via secure email or sftp to final recipient. * Update the ad-hoc tracker or the production master schedule of reports indicating when the report was run, reviewed and delivered. * Draft, revise, and format work instructions using standardized templates * Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal quality standards REQUIRED SKILLS * Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including but not limited to VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, manipulating large volumes of data, creating and troubleshooting formulas. * Strong communication skills; ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from peers and management. * Demonstrates analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, teamwork, and organization skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities. * Proven track record of managing tasks, deadlines, and priorities independently * Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and proactively seek solutions.
