Main responsibilities:

Transferring records between different systems

Performing regulated electronic archiving processes

Preparing meeting minutes, handling process documentation

About you

Experience:

Ongoing University studies (active student status)

20-hour availability/week

Soft and technical skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Shareipoint)

High attention to detail and working with precision

Custmer- oriented approach with the ability to interact with customers in a professional manner

Languages:  Fluent in English mandatory (written and spoken)
