Main responsibilities

Support the review, approval, and management of promotional materials and activities to ensure they meet legal and ethical standards.Assist in preparing and submitting promotional content to relevant health authorities.Help evaluate both promotional and non-promotional materials for compliance with national regulations and company policies.Respond to internal questions related to promotional practices, materials, and partnerships with patient associations.Contribute to the development and delivery of internal training sessions on ethical promotion and advertising guidelines.Update and maintain content in the internal repository of regulations related to prescription drug promotion.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support promotional activities across the organization.

About you

Recent graduate with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in pharmacy or a related field.Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.Curiosity, creativity, and a proactive mindset, with a desire to contribute and grow in a dynamic environment.Able to stay organized and focused while handling multiple tasks in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Comfortable using digital tools like Canva or similar design platforms.Fluency in Spanish and a good command of English (B2 minimum; C1 preferred).Willingness to participate in an official training program during the Graduate Program year.
