The jobholder will be responsible for completing regulatory filings concerning management of collective investments, investment management and representation of foreign funds incl. Swiss listing tasks. The position requires training and previous working experience in regulation concerning foreign fund representation in Switzerland and investment management operations.

In this role you will:
Be part of the Investment Manager and Swiss representative operational function to regulate all HSBC funds registered, listed and offered in Switzerland, making sure these are documented as per legal requirements and in full compliance with applicable laws and regulation, in particular the guidelines of the Asset Management Association Switzerland,Co-ordinate regulatory filings including updated relevant fund documentation with FINMA and SIX SIS within the regulatory deadline (back up); Manage the annual audit of the Swiss representative / investment management function and controls pertinent to the business risk function (back up);Ensure that the latest legal fund documents are available for investors at all times; own the sign-off process with client services and/or client operations with respect to marketing material;Manage relationships within HSBC (product governance) and liaise with external stakeholders (e.g. FINMA);Manage distribution/offering agreements to ensure adherence with CISA regulation, including AMAS standards in cooperation with Head of Operations);Oversight and controls with regard to wholesale offering of HSBC funds by means of the evaluation of questionnaires, audit reports, sub-distribution queries (back up);
