The ideal candidate will have a strong background in water treatment regulations, a passion for fostering external collaborations, and a proven track record in shaping regulatory frameworks. This position is part of the Innovation team located in Canada. Preferred location is London, Ontario, but the role is open to remote candidates in Canada/US with willingness to travel. Local candidates are hybrid (up to 4 days/week in office); remote candidates must travel to the office, conferences and customer sites totaling about 25% travel. The essential requirements of the job include:** + Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Public Policy, or a related field. + Experience in regulatory compliance, water resources management, or environmental policy. + Knowledge of water reuse regulations, including the Clean Water Act, Safe Drinking Water Act, and state-specific potable reuse guidelines is an asset. + Experience working with regulatory agencies such as the EPA, state water boards, and local environmental health departments. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret technical and legal documents. + This position requires periodic site visits to water treatment facilities and regulatory meetings. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The compensation range for this role is $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.
