We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Free Trade Zone Specialist to ensure compliance with PROCOMER regulations and manage all operational aspects of the Free Trade Zone Regime. This role involves coordinating with functional areas, overseeing customs processes, maintaining inventory traceability, and optimizing the use of fiscal and tariff benefits. The ideal candidate will serve as the main liaison with regulatory entities and support audits, training, and continuous process improvement related to the Free Trade Zone. **In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** + Manage compliance with requirements and reporting to PROCOMER and other government entities. + Ensure proper use of tax and tariff benefits granted under the Free Trade Zone Regime. + Coordinate and follow up on Import, Export and Free Trade Zone transactions,. Ensure the accounting and physical records required by the Free Trade Zone regulations are in compliance + Ensure proper use of tax and tariff benefits granted under the Free Trade Zone Regime. + Keep internal procedures up to date to comply with tax and customs audits. + Coordinate internal and external audits related to the Free Trade Zone. + Supervise inventories linked to the Free Zone regime and their traceability. + Support internal training on Free Trade Zone regulations and best practices. + Monitor changes in applicable legislation and implement operational adjustments as needed. + Serve as the main liaison with PROCOMER and other regulatory entities on Free Trade Zone matters. + Guide and coordinate Free Trade Zone processes with the various functional areas. + Import and Export Audits. + Perform tasks related to the maintenance of the Free Trade Zone (Donations, Destructions, Recycling processes.) **Who You Are:** You follow through on commitments and make sure others do the same.
