Join us in our fight to make access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment a right and not a privilege. **About the role** Ensure that products are manufactured and distributed in compliance with appropriate legislation, supporting the business to establish and implement the regulatory strategies within agreed timescales of product launch. **Your responsibilities** 1. Execute the regulatory strategies that enable the product launch according to the business needs. 2. Provide advice about regulations to other functions within the company. 3. Prepare and submit product registration, renewals and notification ensuring product compliance according with local regulations during all the life cycle for all the products/brands/categories assigned. 4. Ensure regulatory compliance with the QMS in all projects in charge. 5. Guarantee that Reckitt products labels are in accordance with local legislation. 6. Review and approve artworks and advertising materials to guarantee the local compliance. 7. Meet submission registration deadlines. 8. Find regulatory solutions to meet product launch timelines. 9. Guarantee local product files and controls are organized in a comprehensive way. 10. Ensure deadlines for different projects are met or escalate issues if necessary. 11. Guarantee the correct tracking on regulatory submission/approvals. 12. Monitor Official gazette and regulators websites to track any regulation trend/change. 13. Keep updated about regulatory trends and local legislation, share this information with the appropriated functions and develop strategies to address them and consequently obtain Regulatory advantage but also competitive advantage. 14. Keep regulators registration request tracking and find solutions to avoid future request and consequently, reduce the registration. 15. Creation and request for transportation sheets before the regulator in Costa Rica, following the local regulation and according with the company needs. 16. Complete all internal trainings in a timely manner to address corporate and regulatory needs. 17. PSDS request, creation and maintenance following the local regulation for all the products commercialized in ANDEAN region ensuring this information is available for all the functions and activities that requires it. (i.e.: exportations, customs clearance, registration before clients, etc.) 18. Support the business with the regulatory process to keep the portfolio up to date and according with the business requirements (IDBs, MB, CC, Risk Assessment, etc.) and local regulation. **The experience we're looking for** -University Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or/and other scientific sciences -4 years in similar positions -Fluent English -Chemistry and Hygiene registration law knowledge **What we offer** With inclusion at the heart of everything we do, working alongside our four global Employee Resource Groups, we support our people at every step of their career journey, helping them to succeed in their own individual way.
