**Your responsibilities**
· The person on this position will be supporting EE Regulatory Affairs & Safety Director EE and the Regulatory team dedicated to medicines on daily duties:
o Support Regulatory Affairs & Safety Team in all administrative activities related to medicinal products especially: keeping up to date data main data basis: Quality One, GRAIS, CARA TDS etc. Support in documents preparation, payments etc. for whole department
o Artworks review for OTC products
o Support smooth business processes by preventing disruptions due to regulatory aspects,
o Maintenance of internal Regulatory administrative databases,
o Maintains and archives regulatory documentation (as appropriate)
o Close co-operation with Marketing, Supply, Quality and Finance Departments,
o Managing assigned projects as directed.
o Deputy of Drug Safety Officer – keeping all document ( SOP’s , notifications etc) up to date and compliant with legal and Reckitt requirements, co-operation with Global Vigilance Team.
o Providing Vigilance trainings to all employes ( tracking, if all employes are trained according to legal requirements)
o Support smooth business processes by preventing disruptions due to regulatory aspects,
o Maintenance of internal Regulatory administrative databases,
o Maintains and archives regulatory documentation (as appropriate)
o Close co-operation with Marketing, Supply, Quality and Finance Departments,
o Managing assigned projects as directed.
**The experience we're looking for**
· 1-2 years in Regulatory Affairs Pharmaceutical companies – nice to have
· Entrepreneurial thinking,
· Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively and precisely present data,
· Attention to detail with proven ability to achieve results,
· Analytical thinking/problem solving approach,
· High quality and ethical standards,
· Advanced English,
· Willingness to learn new things
· Team work
