Regulatory Affairs Officer - Maternity Cover (m/f/d)

The Opportunity:

We are seeking a dedicated Regulatory Affairs Officer with a focus on Chemicals for an 8-month maternity cover contract starting in August. In this role, you will be responsible for the sale of laboratory chemicals in Denmark, supporting both internal and external customers with your product knowledge. You will also ensure compliance with relevant legislation concerning product sales and provide timely information to local and European teams.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a candidate with:

Laboratory education and a few years of experienceScience education or equivalentKnowledge of MS Office and SAPExcellent communication and planning skillsAn open-minded approach and ability to work in a multicultural environmentExcellent analytical skillsFluency in English and Danish

How You Will Thrive and Make an Impact

In this role, you will:

Handle technical questions and complaints regarding your product groupProvide product training to account managers and customer serviceMaintain contact with local authorities, participating in inspections, declarations, reporting, and license requestsEnsure the local organization is compliant with legal requirements and legislationProvide inputs for supplier product range introductions considering local legislationSupport central projects with local implementationsProvide regulatory support to local business and operations teamsEnsure all local licenses regarding the distribution of the agreed product portfolio are availableManage the release list for blocked articles for the local organizationImplement local documentation into the Nordic IMSAddress customer requests regarding quality and EHS
