We’re looking for a Regulatory Affairs Director who’s ready to lead from the front—someone who thrives at the intersection of science, strategy, and safety. If you know your way around OSHA, EPA, FDA, DOT, REACH, and more, and you’re ready to make a real impact in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, this is your moment.

🔍 What You’ll Own:

Lead regulatory compliance for a diverse portfolio: cleaning chemicals, coatings, equipment, and biologicalsReview and approve labels, SDSs, and documentation across U.S. and international standardsMonitor regulatory changes and turn them into opportunities for innovationAdvise internal teams and customers with confidence and clarityOversee audits, reporting, and documentation with precisionManage a small but mighty team of regulatory professionals

🎯 What You Bring:

7–10 years of regulatory experience in chemical/product manufacturingDegree in Chemistry, Biology, or Environmental Science (Law degree = a big plus)Deep knowledge of federal, state, and international regulationsStrong leadership, communication, and time management skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and regulatory systems

💡 Bonus Points For:

Experience with Sphera SDS systemsFamiliarity with Canadian, EU, and California-specific complianceA strategic mindset with a hands-on approach

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $140000.00/yr.

PTO, Holiday, Relocation package available, Medical, Dental, Vision

Workplace Type

This is a fully onsite position in Bowling Green,OH.
