Responsibilities Manages regulatory projects registrations, including preparation of registration dossier, submission and follow up with regulatory authoritiesMaintains and renews existing product licensesKeeps up to date with changes in regulatory legislation and guidelines in Asia Pacific countries assigned and sharing the information within the organizationInterprets and provides regulatory guidance to cross functional team including manufacturers, scientists and marketing and sales colleaguesReviews labels, marketing materials for accuracy and regulations complianceManages and support regulatory operational work assignmentsResponds to customers’ requests and resolves issues regarding regulations and compliance mattersSupports the RA functional Head in various other activities as assignedStudies and interprets related scientific and legal documents for regulatory applicationsWrites comprehensible and clear product information leafletsOffers advice about company policies, practices and systemsLiaises and negotiates with regulatory authorities for registration applicationsEnsures that company’s Intellectual properties are protected QualificationsQUALIFICATION:
Degree/Diploma in Science (Biochemistry/ Chemistry/Microbiology/Food Science/ Biotechnology/ biomedical science/ Pharmaceutical science etc.) or equivalent from a reputed University
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
3 years of regulatory experience is preferred.Animal feed additive registration experience is a plus.Self-motivated and meticulous with good organizational, negotiation skillsMust have high level of integrity to handle confidential company informationGood writing and communication skill requiredMust be able to work independently in a fast-paced multidisciplinary environment, with diverse group of peopleActive team player with excellent interpersonal skillAdvanced computer knowledge (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, etc.)Experience in authoring of Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for Asia Pacific countries is a plusAble to multi-task and consensus to follow up with administrative duties and/or paperwork
