Job Description

The Regulatory Administrative Assistant will provide critical support to the Regulatory Affairs team, ensuring smooth coordination of compliance documentation, internal communications, and regulatory submissions. This role is essential in helping the team maintain compliance with federal, state, and international regulations, particularly in the fertilizer and industrial chemical sectors.

ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative and clerical support to the Regulatory Affairs team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing reports.Assist in the preparation, formatting, and submission of regulatory documents, including registration dossiers, safety data sheets, and compliance reports.Maintain and update regulatory databases and document management systems (e.g., SAP).Coordinate internal communications and follow-ups related to regulatory filings, audits, and inspections.Support the team in tracking regulatory deadlines and ensuring timely submissions.Help organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems for regulatory records.Liaise with internal departments (Sales, R&D, Marketing) and external stakeholders to gather required documentation.Monitor changes in relevant regulations and assist in updating internal procedures accordingly.Essential SkillsAssociate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Environmental Science, or a related field preferred.Minimum of 2–3 years of administrative experience, ideally within a regulatory, scientific, or manufacturing environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with SAP is highly desirable.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
