Accounts Receivable
As an Account Receivable Clerk you will be in direct phone contact with guests and vendors to ensure required payments due are received accordingly.You are a brave problem solver and can work to ensure both the guests and outside vendors so that both parties are satisfied with any conflict resolutions.Utilizes a computer system to ensure reservations are correct and restaurant is set up for success.Your additional responsibilities will include:Group billingCredit card inquiriesGuest billing inquiresCollect group deposits / paymentsReceiving Clerk
As Receiving Clerk you will inspects all incoming goods against delivery invoices, food specifications and purchase records to ensure that the type, amount, price and quality of items charged and ordered are correct.You will inspects the physical condition, check quality and count or measure the quantity and weight of all items or supplies at the time they are received and before they are placed in storage.The Receiving Clerk also ensures all invoices and/or packing slips are stamped with the appropriate receiving stamp upon delivery and works together with Purchasing Manager to assure smooth transition of receiving to storage.You handle all deliveries of goods to the appropriate departments within the hotel including loading and unloading carts and placing in appropriate storerooms.Ensure loading dock and receiving areas are kept secure, clean and organized.Perform any additional duties as assigned by the Director of Finance or Staff AccountantWhat will it be like working for Four Seasons?
