As one of the first points of contact for new families, you’ll be a welcoming, informative, and supportive presence—helping families navigate enrollment and ensuring they feel confident and excited about joining our programs. WHAT YOU’LL DO + Be the welcoming voice on the phone or in email to support families through the registration journey + Answer a high volume of inquiries with warmth, accuracy, and patience + Approve registration forms while ensuring accurate billing setup and scheduling for each child. + Follow up with families who’ve shown interest + Stay up to date on forms and documentation families may need + Run reports and track registration progress using our CRM + Collaborate with marketing to help spread the word about our programs Requirements WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE + Experience in customer service or client support + Excellent phone and email communication skills + The ability to adapt and respond to different personalities and needs + Strong attention to detail and data entry skills + Solid time management and multitasking abilities + A team player mindset who’s flexible with shifting workflows + High school diploma or equivalent + Bilingual?
