The Assistant Manager will be responsible for daily metrics, process compliance, people, and client interactions in Tax , ADP .This position's primary responsibility is ensuring organizational effectiveness by providing leadership for teams supporting US Tax. Working with the management team, the position also contributes to the development and implementation of organizational strategies, policies and practices. This position will also interact with several leaders across India and US. Job Description Lead and implement ADP Core Values across the section and ensure commitment via strict adherence to the same. Accountable for daily operations and deliverables in Tax Service Organization Ability to lead, guide, coach, mentor and lead by examples to Operations Leaders and procurement specialists Serve as the second escalation point within the team and for Internal Clients & Suppliers Work closely with the Quality Team to improve the efficiency, quality and Audit standards are met Lead , Motivate & develop team to meet & exceed deliverables Be Proactive in identifying potential issues/concerns or threats and implement controls to sustain operations Identify and execute plans to eliminate operational inefficiencies using continuous improvement techniques. Qualifications Mandatory Skill Sets/Experience Graduate or Post Graduate (MBA) Overall at least 10 yrs. of experience in BPO/ITES with at least 2 yrs in leadership position.
