Job Overview:

Responsible for entering patient data into the State of NJ Birth Registration database with a high level of accuracy. Maintain communication with consortium and state departments providing statistics.

Qualifications:

Required:

High School Diploma or GED

Preferred:

Some college preferred Knowledge of medical terminologyData entry experienceStrong customer service skills. Bilingual in Spanish

Scheduling Requirements:

Day ShiftRotating weekends and holidaysFull-Time

Essential Functions:

Coordinates the birth registry to meet NJ State Department of Health and Senior services regulationsAssists family to accurately complete required documentsInput/Transmits information to NJ Electronic Birth registry Collaborates with Central Jersey Family Health consortiumAttends all annual training programs
