Registered Veterinary Technician Supervisor

VCA Aspenwood Animal Hospital is a busy, fast-paced, 3-doctor practice located on Colorado Boulevard. We are seeking a Registered Veterinary Technician Supervisor to lead and support our team of Technicians and Veterinary Assistants.
The Technician Supervisor is a working leadership role, balancing clinical responsibilities with oversight of team development and hospital operations. This position is ideal for an experienced RVT who enjoys mentoring, fostering collaboration, and ensuring the highest standards of patient care and client service.
Key Responsibilities:
·Provide direct leadership, training, and support to Technicians and Assistants.
·Oversee daily workflow to ensure quality patient care and excellent client service.
· Assist in recruiting, scheduling, performance reviews, and personnel management.
Support hospital operations including inventory control, safety protocols, and compliance.
·Collaborate with doctors and management to implement protocols and promote services.
·Participate in client education and maintain a positive, professional hospital culture.
Qualifications:
·Current Colorado Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) license.
· 3+ years of veterinary technician experience (supervisory or leadership experience preferred).
· Strong organizational, communication, and mentoring skills.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy practice setting.
· Commitment to teamwork, patient care, and client satisfaction.

Pay Range for this position is $27.00 to $29.00 - dependent on experience
