VCA Beavercreek Animal Hospital is Hiring a Registered Veterinary Technician!

Schedule: Full-time opportunity, 5 x 8 shifts with rotating Saturdays. 

 

Compensation: The starting range for technicians is $ 19 - 22 / hr and is determined by license, skill set, and years of experience in the field.

What You’ll Do (Day-to-Day Responsibilities): 

Assist in surgical procedures, including anesthesia monitoring and post-op recovery 

Perform dental cleanings, charting, and radiographs 

Administer medications and vaccines as directed by the DVM 

Collect samples and perform in-house laboratory diagnostics 

Prepare patients and exam rooms for appointments 

Educate clients on treatment plans, medications, and home care 

Maintain accurate patient medical records
