As part of Linnaeus, we are proud to be able to share with you endless possibilities for development and learning. **Your role and responsibilities** The hospital is staffed by 63 highly skilled RVN's 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to provide high level referral and ECC care to our patients. The successful individual will have the opportunity to expand their knowledge and skillset in all aspects of referral veterinary nursing with support from our discipline-specific nurses. Daily duties include but are not limited to: + Providing gold standard care to both inpatients and day patients + Patientcare and handovers; liaising with clinician and nurse teams + Supporting patients under sedation and general anaesthesia during diagnostic and surgical procedures + Supporting patients during advanced imaging such as ultrasound, CT, MRI & Fluoroscopy We place great emphasis on working as a team who offer high level of support and professional development in a friendly environment. Previous referral nursing experience is not essential, as we offer training and support to fully qualified RVNs joining the practice from primary care.
